You can return your product for store credit or a refund using the original payment method.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Product Condition: The returned items must be in their original condition, with no visible signs of wear or use.
- Type of Purchase: Regularly priced items can be returned or exchanged. Discounted items are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Custom Lengths: We cannot accept returns on custom-cut lengths that differ from standard sizes (100ft., 250ft., 500ft., or 1,000ft.).
- Striped Wires: We cannot accept returns on striped wires.

Additional Return Information

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during purchase unless specified otherwise. In cases where this is not possible, we will provide store credit.
