One Hole Short Barrel Lugs

One hole compression lugs are the most basic type of flexible copper lugs by Burndy®. Your application might need a lug with a long barrel or two holes, but they’re more expensive due to additional attributes not found in one hole lugs. For instance, two-hole compression lugs extend the connection life of the lug because they can support more vibration while the machine is running.

The one hole lugs on this page are rated from 600 volts up to 35,000 volts. They have a temperature rating of 90°C and they are both UL and CSA approved.

Basic welding cable sizes are listed here, but there are additional AWG size lugs and stud hole sizes if you call. We also have Burndy® crimping tools available if you’re crimping high quantities.
