WesBell Kynar wire wrap has a solid silver-plated copper conductor with PVC insulation. Kynar has a very thin insulation thickness of .004 inches and a temperature rating of 105 degrees Celsius. It’s used as wiring in business machines and computers that are not subject to damage.
This oxygen-free, conductive copper wire is ideal for assembling electronic circuit boards without the need for soldering. It works well in cutting, stripping and wrapping applications and is perfect for assembly line production.

The KYNAR 30 AWG consists of silver-plated, oxygen-free copper with superior conductivity. The Kynar PVC insulation provides solid mechanical properties and excellent dielectric strength over broad temperature ranges, allowing for thin wall insulation with ample protection. It’s also resistant to cut-through and many potentially harmful chemicals.
This wiring is RoHS compliant and UL1423 approved.
