No. Romex wire and cables are only made to be used indoors. They've been made in the cheapest form possible to minimize costs. The correct upgrade when going outdoors with the cable if UF-B cable.

What does THHN and THWN stand for? |

Yes. All of our Romex and UF-B cables come with a ground wire. If you need a cable without a ground, please specify and we can special order it for you.

Romex specifies the type of cable and the 12/3 is Gauge / # of conductors. In this case they're 12 gauge wires, and there's 3 of them, NOT including the bare copper ground wire. |
No. We drop ship from our manufacturers a lot. South Wire has locations in PA, GA, CA, IN and more. We do have minimum orders with them so we can only drop ship orders over $500.00 if you need it shipped from a closer location.
